Start in Tirana and then head out to Bovilla Lake where the emerald water reflects the tall cliffs around it. From there, you'll go to Kruje to see the Skanderbeg Museum and walk through the Old Bazaar, which has colorful handmade crafts from local artisans. The day ends in Shkoder, a city with a lot of history and cultural significance.

Begin at Rozafa Castle, which sits above where three rivers meet and offers wide views across the landscape. Next, you'll stop at Shiroka for a quiet moment by the lake. During lunch, you'll eat at Mrizi i Zanave agrotourism farm where fresh vegetables, aged cheese, and local herbs show what Albanian food traditions are all about. The day finishes in Berat, a UNESCO site known for its white houses and window-lanterns that seem to climb up the mountainside.
